This 3-hour course will be held on February 25, 2017 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at the Glendale Outdoor Leadership School.

Class will be taught by a certified SOLO Southeast instructor following the guidelines for certification by the American Safety & Health Institute.

Stay Hydrated
Without enough water, your body simply can’t perform as well. If you feel thirsty, your body is already becoming dehydrated. It is hard to drink too much water when you’re physically exerting yourself. Carry plenty of water and remember your pack will get lighter as the day wears on.

The Trail is meant to bring people together—young and old, rich and poor. It’s not just for hard core backpackers, but for families who want to get out into the woods.
