This year’s tournament will be played at Thornblade Club, Green Valley Country Club, Greenville Country Club’s Riverside and Chanticleer courses and Furman University Golf Club.
Over the past 26 years, the Michelin Charity Golf Tournament has raised more than $4 million for a variety of charities across the U.S. Last year, the tournament raised more than $682,000 for eight benefiting charities.
The 2016 benefiting charities are Homes of Hope, Military Child Education Coalition, PRIDE of Tuscaloosa, Palmetto Conservation Foundation, Safe Harbor, YW8’s, Dothan Education Foundation, Esther House of Stanly County, Metropolitan Arts Council and Community Transportation Network .
