PCF Members…Want to try to catch some of the last fall colors in the upstate?

On November 17th, we will be heading to part of the Middle Saluda Passage to hike Raven Cliff Falls.

Length: approximately 6-7 miles out and back

Difficulty: Intermediate

Trailhead: Meet at the Raven Cliff Falls Parking area at 9:30AM

Carpool: From the PCF office at 6:20AM

Bring: Comfortable shoes, wear appropriate clothing, plenty of water, and lunch/snacks.

Free for PCF Members & $10.00 for Non-Members

Stay Hydrated
Without enough water, your body simply can’t perform as well. If you feel thirsty, your body is already becoming dehydrated. It is hard to drink too much water when you’re physically exerting yourself. Carry plenty of water and remember your pack will get lighter as the day wears on.

The Trail is meant to bring people together—young and old, rich and poor. It’s not just for hard core backpackers, but for families who want to get out into the woods.

WHEN BRINGING A PET on a hike, be sure to keep it on a leash and under control. Don’t forget to pack out pet waste as well.
