Experience the Hagood Petroglyph Site of SC at the Hagood Mill Historic Museum and enjoy a couple of hikes to Petroglyph sites nearby for the January PCF Member hike with Master Naturalist Guide, Dan Whitten.
The Hagood Creek Petroglyph Site of SC, formerly known as the Rock Art Center opened September 19th during the Fiddling Championship at Hagood Mill.
January Member Hike Saturday, January 19, 2019 starting at 10AM at the museum to tour the Petroglyph exhibit.
Length: 2 hikes for a total of 5-6.5 miles depending on time and decision of group (there will be driving between hikes)
Starting Spot: The Hagood Creek Petroglyph Site of SC at 138 Hagood Mill Rd. Pickens, SC 29671
(Note: $5 parking fee that will benefit the benefit museum per car)
Carpool: 6:30AM from the PCF office at 722 King Street
Bring: Comfortable shoes, wear appropriate clothing, plenty of water, and lunch/snacks.
Free for PCF Members $10.00 for Non-Members (plus*$5 parking fee above)
